To order directly through CircuitWorx, please call to place the order Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:30 CST. UPS picks up shipments between 3:30-4:00pm daily.

International Orders:
Please E-mail or fax us a request for quote on product, quantity and shipping and please provide your shipping address . We will E-mail or fax back to you the prices including shipping cost to your location.
Payment for international orders must be pre-paid by certified cashiers check or money wire transfer in U.S. currency. Shipping is by UPS Worldwide Express and is insured for the total value of the invoice.

Returns:
Returns accepted only with prior written authorization.Unauthorized returns will be refused. We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your order. We will issue full credit for merchandise that is in original carton, is not damaged, and has no missing parts. We do not credit freight. Return shipping cost the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Products:
If your products have been damaged in shipment please contact us immediately so we may file a claim. Time is of the essence so please call us or E-mail us immediately. If it is obvious that the shipping box is damaged DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE.
